Phoenix Realty Partners One Phoenix Drive Lincoln Park, New Jersey
In 1987 the four founding Partners of the Phoenix Marketing Group formed the Phoenix Realty Partners and purchased the Phoenix building in Lincoln Park, N.J. As a Partner, I was extensively involved in the building selection process, the procurement of appropriate financing (EDA - N.J. Economic Development Agency Bond) and the overall management of the premises. During 1997, we acquired a 54,000 sq. ft. building adjacent to our original one.
1985 - 1996 WindSoft, Inc. 66 Ford Road Denville, New Jersey
A founding Partner in WindSoft, Inc.(formerly Phoenix Call Reporting, Inc.) I sold my interest in this company in 1996. The company achieved national recognition in 1990 when it ranked as #97 on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies. I worked with major pharmaceutical companies to create the specifications for their systems. These specifications served as the basis for system design, programming, and implementation in the field.
1983 - 1990 Phoenix Marketing Group, Inc. One Phoenix Drive Lincoln Park, NJ
As one of the four original Partners, I was involved in the creation and development of all the
subsequent Phoenix companies. Responsibilities included the initial set-up of the organization and all of the operational functions, including production, customer service support, invoicing, purchasing, warehouse facilities and selecting outside production suppliers. In addition, I had significant sales responsibility and accounted for approximately 30% of Phoenix Marketing Group sales, while the company also employed a full time field force including three (3) sales representatives and two (2) working sales managers.
The Phoenix Marketing Group achieved the rank of #77 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in 1988. In 1990, I sold my interest in this company.
Previous to 1983 Held various management and sales positions at companies in the
1980 - 1983 Fisher - Stevens, Inc. Totowa, New Jersey As the Manager of Marketing Research for the Data Services Division, I established the analysis procedures and presentation protocol for the STARS reports. These reports represented the core of the STARS program, which was the sole product of the Data Services Division. This Division represented approximately 16% of Fisher - Stevens sales and nearly 50% of its profits.
1979 - 1980 Kallir, Philips and Ross, Inc. New York, New York At KPR, I was the Account
Executive responsible for half of the Ortho Pharmaceutical promotional activity and for launching a new Johnson & Johnson company in the U.S., Janssen Pharmaceutica. My work on the Janssen account involved writing the initial Business and Marketing Plans for two of the four Janssen products.
1976 - 1979 Lederle Laboratories, Inc. Div. of American Cyanamid Corp. Pearl River, New York During my four years at Lederle, I "carried the bag" as a Sales Representative in the South Bronx territory. Subsequently, I was promoted inside to the Marketing Research area where I was involved in the development of Product Marketing Plans. Additional responsibilities included the establishment of sales analysis protocol and sales force efficiency recommendations.
1974 - 1976 Clark - O'Neill, Inc. Fairview, New Jersey I was hired during college campus
recruitment to become Clark - O'Neill's first management trainee. After a short time, I was promoted to Plant Manager with 5 supervisors, 1 assistant supervisor and 65 production personnel reporting to me. My next promotion was to Client Services Representative and then to Account Executive where my sales volume was one of the highest in Clark - O'Neill's history.

Director, Marketing Services - responsible for overseeing operations in three separate departments: Customer Service, Data Entry and Clerical personnel. As the Director, I instituted monthly, "Lunch- In" training meetings for the customer service representatives. These meetings incorporated interdepartmental topics and presentations that promoted communication & cooperation. I also initiated the development and annual updating of the personnel policy manual.

My primary focus as the General Manager is to oversee the Sales and Client Services areas of M.A.P., as well as monitor the client project production schedule. I also serve as the project specialist for our clients, with emphasis on quality control and responsive service.
